In our private studio sessions we assess your needs and ensure you reach your goals.
Sessions cost £75 for 55 minutes.
Duets
Classes for two people are available at the studio following private assessment. Please contact me info@pilatescoreclub.com
Sessions cost £45 per person for 55 minutes.
All classes have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
The St. Peter Port Studio in Guernsey is furnished with the latest award winning BASI equipment: two reformers, cadillac, spine corrector, ped -a- pull and ladder barrel. Check BASI systems for further information about the equipment.
Mat Pilates group classes
Current group classes are held at Cobo Community Centre.
They are full at present: contact info@pilatescoreclub.com to join a waitlist and state preferred times.
Corporate Mat Pilates
Looking after the health and well being of your most valuable asset, your employees, is now a must for all companies.
We can provide your company with regular Pilates sessions Our classes are suitable for all ages and experience levels and are great for mental health, as well as physical fitness. They can be held at your offices or we can help you find a nearby venue.
